Sometimes it’s funny to me how drinking alcohol is a “norm” and if you’re the one who is not doing that, you’re the odd one out.
I experienced a few moments in my life where I would consider myself an alcoholic…I would not be able to finish a day without a few glasses of wine, or my favorite cocktail. Thankfully these moments only lasted a few months but if I was to go back, I would never do it again.
At the time, it made sense, but I also know I was covering up a deeper issue that needed proper attention.
In this podcast episode, I sit with Eric Oberembt, Founder of Roofers in Recovery and owner of a seven figure roofing business.
He tells me his rock bottom story of when he was deep into drugs, alcohol, and bad decisions, how he turned his life around, dating without drinking, how he decided to devote his life in serving his community through his nonprofit, and the ONE SECRET QUALITY TRAIT to have to avoid pitfalls in life like depression and alcoholism.
Tune in for a feel-good treat, and share with someone who matters to you.
