Let’s face it, procrastination is something that affects all of us. It’s a common enemy that pops up just when we need to get stuff done. But here’s the thing, even the most successful entrepreneurs have it, so it’s nothing to be ashamed of.
We all have those moments where we just can’t seem to focus on the task at hand.
So, what’s the deal? Why do we procrastinate, and how can we overcome it? Josh Thomas, a business consultant who has worked with over 5,000 entrepreneurs in 30 industries shares some of his thoughts with us.

- What advice can you give to someone who struggles with chronic procrastination, and feel stuck in a cycle of avoidance and guilt? And also, what is the QUICKEST WAY to leave procrastination behind?
