At the heart of every successful business is impeccable service. And SHARP knows this too well.
Just recently, SHARP launched their service branding “Omotenashi”, which is the Japanese word for “hospitality”, dubbed as one of the best forms of hospitality in the world. Sharp is truly raising the bar with better and more response channels, shorter response time, and more technicians who are oomphed with a more rigid training. And take note, this training is not just for fixing appliances or home gadgets, but also in making the customer feel at ease and taken cared of.
Omotenashi Put to Action
As another testament to their new service promise, Sharp also announced the 1-1-1 initiative, which promises a 1-hour revert, 1-day response and 1-week repair for all their products; along with the 48-hour installation guarantee for split-type air conditioners and 10-year warranty on all no-frost refrigerators.
New Service Center Opens in Davao
With a new service branding, Davao is even luckier because Sharp also opened their new service center along Sobrecarey st., Obrero (near North Zen Hotel). Currently, there are 142 authorized service centers and 22 service centers which they own and control. The new service center lives to its brand—it’s sharp, minimalist, modern but still cozy. Adorned with trees outside, a large window display that welcomes the soft sunlight in, and a hotel-like reception area, this makes after-service like a short trip to a boutique hotel.

With the tagline, “Service Beyond Expectations”, Omotenashi by Sharp is all about recreating the Japanese style of hospitality which entails a great deal of empathy and respect for customers. With this promise, and a new home for all your Sharp after-sales concerns, you can now put your worries to bed.
Congratulations, SHARP PHILIPPINES!
